Hello I have got banned because "our admin thinks you are cheating" and "Your old account is VAC Ban since 211 days". My old account is banned because it was hijacked and the victim used cheats on matchmaking. I can bring you all the screenshots from gmail that it was stolen and if you can tell me how I can check older steam support messages I can bring you an evidence of getting it back by Aurora. I would not say that my "new" account is new it has 400 hours and 282 matches on faceit "-frayzr" since 1 April 2020. I always play with FACEIT AC on. I would like to get unbanned. Thanks for your attention.
